WHAT IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE OF?

HeavenSent jewelry is stainless steel - the toughest metal in the world. It is tarnish proof and water proof and will not change colors; your jewelry should be as tough as you are! With minimal maintenance, pieces will last years.

Product information for non jewelry items (such as material/fit) can be found in their individual descriptions.

LIFETIME WARRANTY 

HeavenSent jewelry is the best of the best quality, and we are so confident that your pieces will not break that we offer a lifetime warranty. Jewelry items marked with lifetime warranty in their descriptions that are purchased full price (without discount codes/sale price) are eligible. If your item breaks in any way, you will receive a brand new one or a repair if possible. Customer pays associated shipping costs. Lost or stolen items are not covered. Only one replacement/repair per purchase. Discontinued/sold out items that cannot be repaired cannot be replaced. Email - info@heavensentandco.com to redeem. 
  

☆WHERE ARE YOU PIECES FROM?

All HeavenSent apparel and jewelry are exclusively designed in house for HeavenSent and not available ANYWHERE ELSE (those are copies or fakes)!

Pieces are produced in small batches at small independent factories that are SGS certified sweatshop free❤️

☆A NOTE ABOUT RHINESTONES

Stainless steel jewelry (the best quality costume jewelry, see first section) can only have rhinestones glued in it. It is perfectly normal that with daily wear items will potentially lose stones over time, especially rings, as over time the glue can dry up. We offer a lifetime warranty for pieces with lots of rhinestones for this reason, which is one of the many things that sets HeavenSent apart from other brands. Be sure to purchase within warranty parameters to have your pieces covered in the event they lose a stone! 
Clothing with rhinestones should be hand washed and has the potential to lose stones with wear as well- please be comfortable with this or choose other items! 
We suggest specifically not wearing rings with rhinestones every day to maintain the stones!

☆APPAREL CARE

Items with fur, studs, zippers, rhinestones or any sort of appliqué should be hand washed and air dried only. Our cotton hoodies and sweats are hand wash with cold water only. 

 SHIPPING 101

Processing time - Same/next business day - Please allow up to 3 days if purchasing from a sale or new drop. 

Shipping Time - Depends on speed chosen at checkout 

Please expect longer shipping time frames around holidays.

We are not responsible for damaged packages- once again you must reach out to USPS and they can help you file a claim - every package includes complementary insurance for up to $100 should damages occur during transit.

International orders may be subject to customs fees - we are not responsible for these and they are collected by the government, not us! We cannot control them and they are not grounds for a refund. 

Please triple check your address before purchase - we cannot be responsible for lost packages/incorrectly delivered packages due to wrong address. Domestic orders can update their address information via their order conformation email before the order has been shipped.

Under no circumstances are refunds given for packages marked sucessfully delivered by the shipping company. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

Orders with pre order items are shipped out altogether when the preorder item has arrived. Pre order time frames are estimates and may be shorter or longer - Please do not order pre order items if you cannot wait.

Orders with additions will not be shipped until their balances are paid off in full via emailed invoices.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS 

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving your item(s) for store credit. Simply email with your order information to initiate either. Returns shipped later than 10 days will be returned to sender. 

Items must be in their original item packaging in unworn condition to be eligible for return/exchange. Customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. Upon receiving the item back, store credit will be uploaded, minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs. Sale items (including items purchased with a discount code) are final sale. THIS EXCLUDES APPAREL BOUGHT WITH A DISCOUNT CODE, YOU MAY EXCHANGE OR RETURN FOR CREDIT! Apparel bought on sale is final sale.

Items must be returned in their original packaging or 25% will be deducted from return credit.

Earrings, socks and bikinis are not eligible for return or exchange for sanitary reasons. Made to order items such as phone cases are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Initial item defects must be reported within one week of delivery. 

We do not offer refunds or cancellations, no exceptions. You can swap items in your order before shipment by contacting us at info@heavensentandco.com

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED?

Please follow along to your tracking info - if you see your package has been returned due to incorrect address information, you will find store credit on your account for the item cost minus a 10% restocking fee. If you are unable to access the credit, please email so we can assist you.

Discount codes, store credit and freebie offers cannot be combined. This includes offers made on socials that do not require a code. Please choose one when ordering.
